What’s a Manna Bag? It’s a ziploc bag that has items like water, snacks, and other useful items that you can give to people you may see on the road to help them out.
On Saturday, 200+ Manna Bags were stuffed, packed, prayed over and finally loaded up in our cars to take to Coram Deo’s worship service on Sunday.
What do you do with a Manna Bag? Here are a few ideas:
- They’re small enough to keep one in your car.
- It’s an alternative to giving money if you’re concerned with how it’ll be spent.
- It’s an alternative to doing nothing if you’re concerned with following Jesus.
- They’re inexpensive to make.
- They won’t solve the greater problem of homelessness or hunger, but it’s something you can do for one person right now.
