Around eight Coram Deo-ites took up the call to clean up the Truckee Meadows. We joined Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful (KTMB) for the Great Truckee Meadows Clean Up. We received free Starbucks coffee, Krispy Kreme, and a nifty water bottle, but that’s not why we were out there. We believe God wants us to take care of our beautiful region. Luckily, the parks we were at didn’t have a large amount of pollution. Not like last year.
We did find a large area with plenty of trash near Mayberry Park so we filled up our bags there. A couple of us went to another park near the river where we found some junk.
