It’s summer. It’s hot. Who wouldn’t like a cold treat? We’re betting that children of all ages on the River Walk downtown would appreciate a tasty Otter Pop popsicle. We get to bless people with kindness and it may give us an opportunity to get into interesting conversations. We’re building a relationship between the church and the city.
